3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active 3aslot Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 3aslot Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and may be reported to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
4.2 When registering your 3aslot Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3aslot Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3aslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

6.3 Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, through abuse of promotional systems, through the use of multiple Accounts, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be voided, along with any associated winnings, and the Member's Account may be permanently closed.

7.4 3aslot reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or transaction where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or any other circumstance that has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid. In such cases, affected Members will be refunded the original stake.
7.5 Maximum bet and stake limits apply to various games and markets on the 3aslot Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may be adjusted from time to time at 3aslot's sole discretion.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3aslot Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
9.1 All content on the 3aslot Platform, including but not limited to the 3aslot brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 3aslot or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3aslot's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 3aslot Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 3aslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether or not 3aslot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 3aslot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications network outages, power failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 3aslot shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Member as a result of such unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: All Members acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss. 3aslot accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Members in the course of using the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with its published rules and certified RNG systems.

12.1 3aslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Member, 3aslot reserves the right to retain any balance held in the Account as a set-off against damages caused by the breach. Where closure is for any other reason, withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method following completion of KYC.
12.3 Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month, applied against the Account's real-money balance. 14.2 Where an amendment is required immediately to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or to address an urgent security concern, 3aslot may implement the amendment without advance notice.
14.3 The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page as the "Last Updated" date. Members who do not accept any amendment are entitled to close their Account in accordance with Section 12 and withdraw any withdrawable real-money balance.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 3aslot's international gaming license jurisdiction.
